Supported by the PSHE Association, the Simple Wellbeing Challenge was conducted through 400 secondary schools reaching over 100,000 teens.

Pupils were asked to forego make up, mobile phones and social media, and take part in volunteering work. They were asked to complete the Rosenberg Self-esteem Test before and after the challenge.

Each participant was provided with Simple products to help them through the challenge.

Overall happiness increased by 20% and self-esteem by 46%, after completing the Wellbeing Challenge.
